He recommended steering clear of oil compressors because they make a lot of noise. Oil is also very expensive to purchase, so when it needs to be refilled it might not be worth it to do that.
He then points out a specific valve at the bottom of the air compressor. This valve is meant to release water from inside which could rust the tank more quickly. If there is a lot of water in the tank before you buy it, that may mean it’s rusty so avoid purchasing that.
